With recent DVLA research revealing that double the number of Personalised Registrations are now being bought as gifts, the agency has reduced the prices of some of its most popular plates.
On average £100 has been slashed from K155 and M155 Prefix style registrations, and with prices now starting from £390, all it would take is a quick search among the thousands available to find the right plate for the right money!
Between October 1, 2008, and January 31 this year, more than 46 per cent of private plates sold by the DVLA were bought for loved ones compared with 22 per cent five years ago. Mother’s, Father’s and Valentine’s Days account for nearly 10 per cent of the sales, with personalised plates bought for Christmas and birthdays proving most popular
