As World Cup fever sweeps the nation DVLA Personalised Registrations is serving up its own blend of World Cup winners - a collection of private plates designed to commemorate this summers' event.

Agency experts have assembled a compilation of registrations, all with direct and strong significance to the competition. They will be sold, on a first come, first served basis, from DVLA Personalised Registrations' website. Kick off will be 8.30am, Friday, June 11.

Prime examples include SA10 CUP - a combination to reflect South Africa, 2010 and Cup - and GO10 ENG. These have a price tag of £799. Others include WC10 CUP and, for the real optimists,
WE10 WON, which will be sold for just £599 and £399 respectively.

Damian Lawson, DVLA Personalised Registrations' Marketing Manager, said: "During the last world cup we saw a rise in the number of people buying ENG numbers. This time round we have taken the initiative by coming up with a selection of our own which we believe perfectly reflect the World Cup."
